@@PANTER1389 and you scanned for faults in all modules? Seems like maybe a difference in gearbox speed sensor Vs abs speed sensor, do you have the original size wheels?

@@bnyo it's not an option in that SW, you could try fitting a newer 1.4 ECU where it was possible, but then it will also use a different bsi so might not be so easy to do that

Yes, you can drive at half power it's safe enough. Why not use our MyGenius programming tool then you can program the remap yourself and you can use a good remap from us. Do you also have the gt1544v turbo upgrade? There's a full fitment guide on our website.

@@mopedbanzi3275 yes, they must be added via a remap by adding the flow maps, you can't add the correction codes via diag tool because it's one digit longer, however the correction is not important because it will adjust automatically over time any way. Just don't go more than 30% power until it's all mapped in ;)

No, but I had a similar problem and I connected as a different car, I have a few versions of diagbox on different laptops, sometimes you gotta try them all they all have different bugs, I suppose that's what we get for using free software haha

Yes most likely it will work as these ECUs usually have the cruise control software inside already

For pp2000 you need xp, diagbox works on windows 10

I brought the thing using your amazon link (some cables and CD). I put the CD into the PC and there is a "Lexia 3" for citroen, and pp2000 for peugeot, but none of them work

So, which other diagbox is needed?

I found the diagbox on the second CD🤦‍♂️

I have noticed that my windows was updated to the 11 version, then i have installed 10 and currently i am running the instalation for the diagbox.

You need to calibrate the maps via a remap, however you still won't be able to add the correction code. Don't drive until the ECU is updated otherwise it will be heavily overfuelling

You probably broke the bsi or just a fuse. Not the engine ECU that's not linked to the radio is it..

@@StevenLewis-HDI-Tuning I check the box fuse next to battery and the fuses in bsi inside the car there is another box with fuses for this model ?

On this one it was stock manifold and I welded an ugly looking adaptor to it, made very good power though so I suppose a full manifold isn't entirely necessary

Do you also offer ready maps for the 1.4TDCI on your website? I would much prefer pay for a map than do it myself. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your reply. I have 2014 peugeot partner, now installed the v 09.129 and same problem. BSI step no problem. But after entering ECU and Manual configuration i have 3 options : ECU downloading, Injectors classification and Cinfigurable vehicke speed governed. I entered all 3, no chance. So i kinda cannot enter BSI alteady on 2 programs 🙁

@@kyleprueitt6592 did you set clutch switch not present in engine ecu configuration? Not sure if that's an option on this one.

@@kyleprueitt6592 do you have the right setting for the stalk, is it cruise with speed limit rvv or just cruise on its own? You've turned it on in the bsi too?

No, injector coding isn't important, get a mechanic to look in to it further

I wanted to get the engine warm with 3 cylinders so I could be able to remove the last injector that is stuck, I tried to get air out with inline pipes off on injectors and also priming with the hand pump but couldn't get it hard.

@@Daniel-ct4qf if they have different length codes you're fitting the wrong injectors with a different part number the number starting 0445110 must be the same on all 4 injectors

I have no idea about those crazy American units, I guess you adjust the factors and offsets I'm sure you could work it out
